Training
The mornaguia integrated training center
SONEDE International has at its disposal the Training Integrated Center (TIC) of SONEDE located in Mornaguia (suburb of Tunis). The TIC was created in 1970 and was restructured and approved by the Ministry of Education and Professional Training in 1993. It meets the following objectives:
- Initiate the practice of the specialty to new recruited,
- Improve staff performance by integtrationg new technologies,
- Provide cross-training to a specific category of staff.
The Training Integrated Center of Mornaguia is open to the business environment, it provides training to the staff of the companies responsible for subcontracting in order to comply with the technical standards specified by SONEDE in the execution Works.
